To finding every weird thing you've ever thought of and all the surprisingly simple ones you haven't. Aix en Provence A crossroad of trade in the first and most lazily named Roman provence of Provence, Aix en Provence bears the name of, literately, the X on the map where geothermic forces created a delightful hot spring. But, if you look close, you can always find a Roman keystone, or quoin, propping up a cheese mongers wall.
